In 2013 the work of Peter Day has been exhibited on several venues. He took part in a group exhibition of Dutch artist society ArtiBrak at Stadsmuseum Leidschendam Voorburg with three photographs that represent Dutch princes Marianne of Oranje Nassau. The photos provoked some commotion as some people believed that one should not depict a member of the royal family in the nude.

A solo-exhibition in Galerie Baudelaire in Antwerp ended on September 28. It contained 20 recent works, mostly from the series "Making Small Talk with Baudelaire". It is based on Charles Baudelaire's work as an art critic, "The painter of the modern life" and essays regarding the Salons of 1846 and 1859.
